DreamWeaver’s SAP ATTP on Tap (AoT) is a SaaS based Serialization & Product Traceability (SPT) service, driven at the core by SAP’s market leading Advanced Track & Trace for Pharma (ATTP) solution.

This fully pre-configured and bundled service is now available to Pharmaceutical customers, via a simple monthly subscription and gives them access to the Industry’s most comprehensive SaaS based SPT solution.

AoT has 3 core solution components:

1. SAP ATTP as the Core Serialization Engine
2. SAP ATTP as the country reporting Tool
3. DreamWeaver’s proprietary solution TagOne Connect as the Integration Engine for Business Partner integration

B) DreamWeaver Rapid Enablement Solutions (RES)

We want to change the general notion that SAP Implementations are long and complex via our modular and easy-to-implement Productized Consulting Solutions named DreamWeaver RES.

Our RES’s are pre-packaged consulting solutions based on Industry best practice functionality, implemented within a fixed scope, in a short yet fixed timeline, at a fixed price. Our RES’s stress on putting in the core functionality first which are the Industry Best Practices and will address most of your core requirements. All additional functionality can be added thereafter, in a phased manner. This not only helps in improving the Time-to-Value quotient, but also reduces risks related to project delays, due to extended design or testing. It further works as a major incentive to boost the business confidence, as one has a real and fully operational system, to work with. With this approach, we have seen clients very often giving up demands for additional functionality when they realize that this solution already addresses most of their needs, albeit, in a slightly different way.

D) SAP OER Migration service to ATTP

OER/AII to ATTP Data migration framework

SAP OER & AII customers around the world are struggling with the migration of their data to SAP ATTP.

• There are multiple reasons for this, a key one being validations in ATTP that do not allow data migration from OER in its current form. For e.g.,
  • ATTP has rigid validations on event times (Commissioning time needs to be before aggregation. Aggregation needs to happen lower to higher pack level).
  • OER did not have any of these validations, causing issues while posting these events to ATTP
• There may be customizations put in place to post additional/modified events in OER because of its limitations. e.g., there was no inference in OER, making it necessary to sometimes post a shipping event against each serial no. instead of just the top SN. These events will fail to upload into ATTP
• Error handling is cumbersome, since there is no way to know what data is being processed until the upload program is executed. Even after that there is no way to determine which record in the staging table is causing the error and why

DreamWeaver’s Four Step Framework:

To address these customer challenges, we have come up with a 4 step process to cleanse OER/AII data before it is moved to SAP ATTP via an XML file upload in its final step. This 4 step framework replicates the OER/AII in various staging tables on which we run our custom cleansing programs to ensure that relevant & clean data is moved to SAP ATTP as the final and single source of truth for serialized data.
